The Courtyards at Elk Creek organization does not tolerate any kind of harassment, including but not limited to disrespect, incivility, sexual harassment, bullying or discrimination whether by a CEC homeowner or a third party while using any segment of the CEC Neigbrs website.
If any person in any way demonstrates such behavior that a reasonable person would consider severe or pervasive enough to create a hostile environment or interfere with another person’s ability to enjoy and participate in the community, such conduct could be considered to be harassment and could result in the loss of access to participate in the CEC Neigbrs website. The Courtyards at Elk Creek will attempt to give one official notice of misuse before disconnecting access, but reserves the ultimate decision-making control over use of the CEC Neigbrs website.
